Job Duties

  • Identifies potential business partners, researching, exploring and discovering opportunities for partnership.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Protects Silversphere's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications to stay abreast of industry; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, trade shows, etc.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

  • While performing duties of job, associate is required to walk, stand, frequent and extensive travel in personal and rental cars, air travel

Performance Standards

  • Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and associate

This is a full-time position that supports outside Sales Executives and deals with customers or prospects that contact the Sales Department directly. This position contributes greatly to good customer relationships and enables the field sales team to spend more time selling.

Critical Skills/Expertise

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record keeping, and computing skills
  • Attention to detail and great team communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents
  • Abstract reasoning and math skills are a must
  • Great attitude and willingness to collaborate with other departments; including marketing, production, and finance
  • Excellent customer service skills

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
  • Two years of prior work experience required
